•  Manage commercial construction projects from site set-up through to completion. 
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. 
• Plan daily and weekly site activities to maintain project schedules. 
• Work closely with Project Managers, Owners and Design Teams throughout each project. 
• Ensure quality control, site safety and compliance with company procedures. 
• Maintain accurate site records and communicate project progress with the wider team.

•  Previous experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor. 
• Experience delivering ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects. 
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining programme and quality. 
• Excellent communication and organisational skills. 
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

•  $100,000–$130,000 base salary.
