I work closely with a small number of clients rather than trying to cover everything. It allows me to represent roles properly and speak to candidates with confidence, not just send over job specs.
From a candidate perspective, I don’t waste time pushing roles that don’t make sense. If I send something, it’s because I genuinely think it’s a good fit.
Most of our work is built on repeat business and referrals, which comes from being consistent and doing what I say I’ll do.
