My Approach


Recruitment in construction has a bad name for a reason - too many CVs, not enough understanding.

That’s not how I work.


I focus on getting it right the first time. That means properly understanding the brief, the project, and the type of person that will actually fit — not just technically, but culturally as well.


I work closely with a small number of clients rather than trying to cover everything. It allows me to represent roles properly and speak to candidates with confidence, not just send over job specs.


From a candidate perspective, I don’t waste time pushing roles that don’t make sense. If I send something, it’s because I genuinely think it’s a good fit.


Most of our work is built on repeat business and referrals, which comes from being consistent and doing what I say I’ll do.


Simple approach:

  • Understand the requirement properly 
  • Speak to the right people 
  • Be honest throughout 
  • Deliver, or say early if it’s not working 


No overcomplication, no volume for the sake of it — just a straightforward service that works.


Most of my work comes from repeat clients and referrals - which comes down to doing what I say I will do.
