Responsibilities

Manage custom residential projects from site preparation through final handover
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades on site
Maintain construction schedules and ensure projects remain on programme
Monitor workmanship and quality throughout every stage of construction
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction issues
Coordinate materials, deliveries and subcontractor sequencing
Maintain a safe, organised and professional jobsite
Work closely with homeowners, designers, vendors and the wider construction team
Manage punch-out and ensure homes are completed to a high standard before handover
Maintain clear communication regarding progress, scheduling and any site issues

Requirements

Previous experience as a Superintendent, Construction Manager or similar within residential construction
Strong preference for custom or luxury homebuilding experience
Excellent knowledge of residential construction from foundation through finishes
Strong subcontractor and scheduling management skills
High attention to detail and quality
Confident communicating with homeowners, trades and suppliers
Able to manage multiple priorities and solve problems quickly on site
Based within reasonable travelling distance of Myrtle Beach, SC
