JPM Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Senior Superintendent to join a well-established Commercial General Contractor delivering healthcare, education, industrial, multifamily and commercial projects

This is an excellent opportunity to join a General Contractor with a strong pipeline of work offering career progression and an excellent compensation package.

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations from ground breaking through completion.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout construction.
Work closely with Project Managers, Owners and Consultants

Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout construction.
Work closely with Project Managers, Owners and Consultants

Requirements

10+ years of commercial construction experience.
Previous experience as a Senior Superintendent or Lead Superintendent.
Proven history delivering large ground-up commercial projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
