JPM Resourcing is working with a well-established commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to join its growing operations across North and South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality ground-up commercial projects with a respected contractor that offers long-term career progression.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely and to programme.
Maintain quality standards and oversee inspections.
Work closely with Project Managers, clients and design teams.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
Drive programme, productivity and successful project delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects.
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, scheduling and site safety.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and project teams.
OSHA certification preferred.
Stable work history with a reputable General Contractor.
