• Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to final handover.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and subcontractor performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate site teams, consultants and clients throughout all phases of construction.
• Monitor project costs, procurement and contractual obligations.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Chair progress meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Identify project risks and implement practical solutions to maintain programme.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, design teams and subcontractors.

•  Previous experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Proven track record delivering ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project programming, budgeting and contract administration.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
