The Project Manager will take responsibility for a portfolio of approximately three to four luxury custom-home projects, managing each project from preconstruction and design development through construction, completion and final handover.

You will work closely with homeowners, architects, interior designers, superintendents, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that design intent, quality expectations, budgets and schedules remain aligned throughout the project.

The position will involve managing project budgets, contracts, procurement, change orders, cost commitments and financial forecasts. You will monitor overall project performance, identify potential risks and take appropriate action before issues affect quality, cost or programme.

You will lead project meetings, provide clear and professional updates to clients and maintain accurate project documentation. You will also review drawings and specifications, coordinate design information and resolve construction details with the wider project team.

Throughout each project, you will help maintain the exceptionally high standards of workmanship, finish and client service required within the luxury custom-home market. 

• Project management experience within custom residential, luxury residential or high-end construction.
• Strong understanding of luxury finishes, detailed construction and demanding quality standards.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts and change orders.
• Ability to manage several projects at different stages while balancing competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and design coordination.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong commercial judgment, organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify project risks and resolve problems proactively.
• Collaborative approach when working with clients, consultants, field teams and trade partners.
• Knowledge of the Raleigh construction and subcontractor market would be advantageous.
• A construction-related degree is welcomed but is not essential where supported by relevant experience. 

• Base salary of $110,000–$130,000, depending on experience.
