Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight of multiple commercial construction projects.
Mentor and support Project Managers and field leadership teams.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects and consultants.
Monitor project budgets, schedules and overall performance.
Lead strategic planning and resource allocation across projects.
Drive quality, safety and client satisfaction throughout every phase of construction.

Requirements

15+ years of commercial construction experience.
Previous experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager or Operations Manager.
Proven history delivering ground-up commercial projects valued up to $100M+.
Strong leadership, financial and client management skills.
Experience working for a Commercial General Contractor.
