JPM Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Project Engineer to join a respected General Contractor delivering Healthcare, Education, Multi Family and Industrial Projects across North Carolina.

Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with the delivery of commercial construction projects.
Coordinate RFIs, submittals and project documentation.
Support procurement and subcontractor management.
Monitor project schedules and progress.
Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Ensure documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred.
Previous experience working for a Commercial General Contractor.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong Microsoft Office and construction software experience.
Support procurement and subcontractor management.
Monitor project schedules and progress.
Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Ensure documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project lifecycle.
